About Vinnie

A father's name on the door. A Master's license on the work.

Vinnie Camenzuli opened Taddeo Electrical Contractors in 2010 after twenty years in the trade. The company is a tribute — and a daily reminder.

Vinnie Camenzuli

Master Electrician · Hudson, Florida · EC13007179

Taddeo Electrical Contractors, Inc. was founded in 2010 by Vinnie Camenzuli in honor of his father, Giuda Taddeo Camenzuli. Taddeo means “beloved” in Maltese. Vinnie's parents, Guida and Josephine, immigrated from Malta in the 1940s, bringing a steadfast work ethic and family values that still set the pace of the shop.

It was his father who taught him hard work, discipline, and doing things right the first time. After launching his career in the commercial sector and learning under seasoned mentors, Vinnie built the company on integrity and excellence — and earned a reputation for reliable, high-quality electrical work across West Central Florida.

He went to Hudson High School. In 2026 he walked back in with the team and talked with students about the electrical trade — real skills, real income. His comment on the way out: “I went to high school here. This was like a full circle moment.”

Off the clock he treasures camping, reading, and time with his wife Anjel Camenzuli and their grandchildren. He is a black belt in goju-ryu karate. The same focus shows up on a panel.

Today every electrician on the Taddeo crew works under license EC13007179. The work is warranted for a year. The estimate is the estimate.

Accomplishments

The record, in order.

  1. 1940s

    Malta to America

Vinnie's parents, Guida and Josephine, immigrated from Malta with a work ethic that did not come with an off switch. Taddeo — his father's name — means beloved in Maltese.

  2. 1990s

    Commercial electrical

Twenty years in the field before he ever put his own name on a truck. Learned under seasoned mentors on commercial jobs — the work that does not forgive a guess.

  3. 2010

    Opens the shop

Taddeo Electrical Contractors, Inc. is filed in Florida on September 13, 2010. One man's expertise. Three principles his father taught him: hard work, discipline, and doing it right the first time.

  4. 2015

    Master license

Certified Electrical Contractor, State of Florida, license EC13007179. Every electrician on the Taddeo crew works under it. Bonded and insured.

  5. 2024

    Hernando's first container home

No engineered script. Vinnie wired it from the garage up — residential and commercial methods on the same job. He put the lesson on video so the next contractor would not have to guess.

  6. 2024

    After Helene

Restored power to neighbors with a time and a plan, not a shrug. Darrell Donaldson: they told us exactly what they were going to do, and when.

  7. 2026

    Hudson High, full circle

Vinnie walked back into the high school he attended and talked with students about the trade — real skills, real income. His words: I went to high school here. This was like a full circle moment.

Stories from the trade

The jobs neighbors still talk about.

Hernando County's first container home

The house with no blueprint

“You don't know how you're going to wire it until you're on site. Start in the garage and wire it from the garage up.”

A standard house comes with an engineered set of plans. A container home does not. Vinnie treated it as both a residence and a commercial shell — exposed conduit, no script, decades in the trade on one odd building. He put the walkthrough on camera so other contractors could see the learning curve instead of eating it.

A homeowner who thought there was no hope

The light show in the kitchen

“The owner Vinnie showed up to our kitchen with a displayed light show.”

Some owners send a truck. Vinnie still walks jobs. Neighbors talk about him standing in their kitchen, showing what the room could look like before a tool comes off the truck — and about the lightning-strike call where the tech checked everything and told them it would be no charge.

West Central Florida, 2024

Power back after Helene

“They communicated exactly what they were going to do and when they were going to do it.”

Storm work is where a shop either keeps its word or it does not. Taddeo restored service to homes after Hurricane Helene with a schedule attached. Same-day and next-day emergency work during shop hours — a person in Hudson on the phone, not a call center.
